I am a performing arts professional from Kajaani and a childbirth support professional, a doula. I am the mother and immediate parent of two play-age children. The whirlwind of everyday life revolves fiercely between home, daycare, workplace and duties of trust. Life is busy at times, but things in life are rewarding and meaningful. Life has turned out to be just right for me and quite nice!

Municipal and county elections will be held in the spring of 2025. In the elections, the decision-makers are elected for the next four years to decide on the everyday matters of each of us. 

How are municipal services organized? Where do the children go to school and how big are the kindergartens? What is the level of road maintenance and how is the city infrastructure taken care of? How is the service level of the welfare area taken care of? How can we maintain an on-call central hospital in the province? How do you prepare for the phenomena brought about by the climate crisis at the municipal level and how do you promote ecological reconstruction? How can it be ensured that every urban and rural citizen can be treated equally and equally? 

The decision-makers elected in municipal and regional elections get to influence the future of our municipality, province and welfare region. This is an important election. 

For the last four years, I have been a member of the Kajaani city council and the Kainuu county council. In addition, I have served as the vice-chairman of the Kajaani culture board and as a member of the board of the Mamselli business that produces meals and cleaning services. I also act as group chairman of the Green council group. I am motivated to continue as a councilor in the coming term as well.
